• Location: Colchester (Fully Onsite).
• Overall Earnings: £50–60,000 p.a. (inclusive of a basic salary).
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a new team in our client’s business based in Colchester that's already building serious momentum – they need someone proactive, persuasive, and commercially sharp to help reconnect with a huge list of dormant clients just waiting to fall in love again with their business.

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn’t your average BD role. No admin. No order processing. Just pure business development with a clear mission: Reignite relationships. Win back business. Grow revenue.

You’ll be:

• Reaching out to former clients – all warm leads, no cold calls.
• Getting straight through to decision-makers and key contacts.
• Building strong, lasting relationships and managing accounts for the first 12 months.
• Creating and managing a robust sales pipeline.
• Feeding valuable market insights back into the business.
• You’ll also have the chance to visit local clients one day a month – so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

What They’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in Business Development.
• Confident communicator who knows how to get past gatekeepers.
• Comfortable managing and growing accounts post-conversion.
• Highly proactive and target-driven.
• Able to work onsite full-time in Colchester.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

• Overall Earnings of £50–60,000 p.a. (inclusive of a basic salary).
